CEO and President
As CEO, Eric focuses on growing Facility Grid’s business through his leadership in sales, marketing, operations and strategy. He has deep experience in real estate and financial service technologies.
Prior to joining Facility Grid, Eric founded and led Resolve Technology, an enterprise application provider to the commercial real estate industry.
Eric holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Real Estate from Boston University and volunteers as a Campaign Director for the Dupuytren Foundation.
Chief Technology Officer
Michael founded Facility Grid in 2014 to help CxAs, project managers and building owners deliver projects more efficiently. Today he leads the company’s technology and engineering functions as Chief Technology Officer.
Before starting Facility Grid, Michael held senior positions at Barclays Bank, Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs and Chase Bank in New York City. He holds a Computer Science degree from New York University.
Chief Product Officer
Alex is responsible for driving Facility Grid’s product strategy and supporting its most important asset, customers. He has over 20 years of experience in master planning, project management, mechanical engineering design, construction administration, start-up, and commissioning across a variety of projects.
Before joining Facility Grid, Alex led the Commissioning Business in Arup’s Boston office. He is a registered PE, CxA, EBCP, and LEED AP, and earned his Engineering degree at New York University Polytechnic School of Engineering.
