Most Web browsers can be set to inform you when a cookie has been sent to you and provide you with the opportunity to refuse that cookie. We will respect your choices relating to on-line tracking, whether you choose to reject individual cookies or set your web browser to reject cookies and other tracking technology. However, refusing a cookie may, in some cases, preclude you from using, or negatively impact the display or function of, the Website or certain areas or features of the Website.
Lawful Basis to Information Processing
We process your personal data only when we have a lawful basis. Presently, we have a legitimate interest and, in some cases, your consent as the lawful basis for processing. Our legitimate interest is to deliver our services (as described in our Terms of Use and Subscription Form) to you and facilitate smooth operation of the Services. We have determined that our processing of your personal data is necessary to deliver the services to you, and that there is no less intrusive means of delivering you the services. Finally, we believe that our processing of personal data will not cause unjustified harm in a way that would override our legitimate interest basis as provided under the EU’s General Data Protection Regulations.
In some cases, we use consent as our lawful basis for collecting and processing certain types of personal information. In such cases, you have a right to withdraw the consent at any time.
In some cases, we may also have a legal obligation to collect personal information from you or may otherwise need the personal information to protect your vital interests or those of another person.
Data Usage
When you create an account, your username, name, and other personal information shall be available to other users alongside certain content you upload, including your profile, comments and messages, in accordance with the Website functionality.
We may use your information to provide you with certain features and to create a personalized experience on the Website. We may also use that information to operate, maintain and improve features and functionality of the Website.
We will not use your e-mail address or other personal information to send commercial or marketing messages of third parties without your consent. We may use your e-mail without further consent for our own internal marketing, non-marketing or administrative purposes.
As described above, we use cookies, web beacons and other information to store information so that you will not have to re-enter it on future visits, provide personalized content and information, monitor the effectiveness of the Website and monitor aggregate metrics such as the number of visitors and page views (including for use in monitoring visitors from affiliates). They may also be used to provide targeted advertising based on your country of origin and other personal information.
Disclosures of Information
We may be required to release certain data to comply with legal obligations or in order to enforce our Terms of Use and other agreements. We may also release certain data to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users and others. This includes providing information to other companies or organizations like the police or governmental authorities for the purposes of protection against or prosecution of any illegal activity, whether or not it is identified in the Terms of Use.
If you upload any illegal material to the Website, we may forward all available information to relevant authorities, including respective copyright owners, without any notice to you.
Data Retention
We will retain your profile information and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you close your account, we may still retain certain information associated with your account for analytical purposes and recordkeeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, enforce our terms and conditions, take actions we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our web site or our users, or take other actions otherwise permitted by law. Deactivating your account does not automatically delete your account or content from our database, but regardless of any retention policy we will make reasonable efforts to enable you to delete your profile information from our database upon request. However, if certain information has already been provided to third parties, retention of that information will be subject to those third parties’ policies. Additionally, if you have provided your information to third party services or otherwise made it available to the public, you may not be able to remove or edit your information from some internet databases.

If you have an account on the Website and have a password giving you access to certain parts of the Website, you are responsible for keeping the password confidential. Anyone else with your password may access your account and other personal information.
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect the security of all information and, where possible, conform to industry best practices. For example, some information gathered on our website is encrypted during transmission with SSL encryption and stored within databases protected by secure firewall. As effective as current encryption and other security infrastructure is, however, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that information which you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to or from us over the Internet. Any information or content you transmit to us is done at your own risk.
Children’s privacy
We do not knowingly seek or collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
